You Should be Watching American Horror Story

Seriously, if you are not watching this show, then you are missing out on one of the most suspenseful, bizzare, horrific, frightening, and awesome television shows on the air right now.

I like to think that Glee is suffering because its creators are putting all their focus here. I’m sure that’s not true - but after watching four episodes (and catching up on number five tonight) I’m craving for more.

That’s when I know I’m hooked.

Already renewed for a second season, check out American Horror Story if you haven’t yet. If you have - tell me what you think!

Not Sure How I Feel About Tonight’s New True Blood

It’s about 20 minutes since I finished tonight’s all new True Blood Season 4 premiere. When I look at the image above that I chose for this post it feels really busy to me. That’s pretty much how I feel about tonight’s premiere.

These Were Shows?: Movie Adaptations

I am sure that most of your are familiar with the television show MASH. It’s one of the most popular shows in television history, and I am fairly certain that most of you know that this show was based on a movie. And of course with success comes copying. Of course if MASH can make it big, other shows based on hit movies are a lock to make it big as well. Right?

Thing again.

I am starting a new post theme at Geek Mentality called “These Were Shows?” where I search through YouTube to find clips from television shows that either you don’t remember or you never knew existed. In this first edition I look into the realm of “Movie Adaptations” to discover that the MASH blueprint does not necessarily guarantee a winner.

My Thoughts on the Smallville Finale

As you can see from this video, I loved it - and from everything I’ve read and seen a majority of you people loved it to. Then my brother sends me this article this morning:

http://bit.ly/lMP5Oa

This guy didn’t seem to like it very much - and I assume he’s barely a fan. But my favorite part is that all the comments (including mine if they add it) are totally against this guy’s opinion, and that - I love.
